We are pleased to offer the option of a male therapist for your treatments. If this is a concern or preference, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can ensure your experience is comfortable and tailored to your needs.

What to wear?

All guests will be provided with luxurious spa robes and slippers on arrival. Disposable underwear is available for all body treatments, and swimwear may be worn for any wet treatments.

Swimwear is required for use of the Thermal Spa. It can be purchased at reception or from the Leisure Centre if needed. We also recommend bringing your own waterproof footwear to enhance comfort during your Thermal Spa experience.

Monday to Saturday: 10.00am to 7.00pm

Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10.00am to 6.00pm

What you need to know

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to change into your robe and slippers and to complete a confidential questionnaire. Mobile phones must be switched off before entering the reception of The Spa. Wheelchair accessible treatment rooms are available. Treatments available for guests 17 years and over.

Cancellation Policy

Credit cards are required to confirm your booking with us. No-show appointments will be charged in full.

100% cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours.
